AFT LOCAL Membership Service Specialists

               The Membership Service Specialist is a problem-solving position.

                   Specific responsibilities include:

•       Problem solving
  
•       Regular communication with stewards
  
•       Attendance at all regular AFT LOCAL membership and steward meetings
  
•       Completion of grievance in-service provided by AFT-LOCAL
  
•       Work schedule will coincide with needs/problems of members, as agreed to by
  
•        the designated union supervisor.
  
•        Work hours will not conflict with your school district duty day.
